Awesome!!! Bring your RV here for repair! I can’t say enough about the customer service here. Alison was a big help with my situation. I bought a brand new Big Horn in Indiana and on my way out to California the rubber roof membrane started to separate. I called Heartland warranty and they pointed me in the direction of See Grins. SIX WEEKS later my trailer still hadn’t been touched by See Grins and that was after the three weeks that lead up to my appointment! I called Alison at Bay Area RV, explained my situation and without hesitation she wanted to help. A few days later she had my rig in the shop and they were making the repairs. It only took one week. My work schedule only allowed me to pick up the unit on a Sunday and unfortunately they are normally closed. Again they blew me away by coming in on a day off so I could pick up my unit! Great overall experience! Definitely recommend
