Office Clerk -Bay Area RV is looking for an entry level applicant to fill an Office Clerk position. This is a temporary job and subject for full-time hire. Candidate will responsible for the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and work with the entire staff team
- Assist with service techs with paperwork and warranty claims
- Call manufacturers for service approval
- Be able to work as a team
- Welcomes visitors and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person
- Present a welcoming environment by keeping reception area neat and clean
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- May cross train to perform other duties
Qualifications
- High school education, GED or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience as a receptionist in a dealership preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills & must enjoy working with people
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must know how to use computers, fax and knowledgeable with Word and Xcel applications.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
RV Body/Paint Technician-Must be a team player, able to work well with those around them, and inspire and build unity and cooperation with those who report to them.
Duties will include but not limited to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
• Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
• Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
• Notifies management of any additional repairs needed.
• Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
• Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
• Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
• Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management.
Job Requirements
• At least three years in a dealership or independent body shop
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
RV Technician-Bay Area RV is looking for an senior level applicant to fill an RV Technician.
Responsibilities
- Must have electrical/electronic troubleshooting knowledge
- Must be able to carry 25 to 50 Lbs.
- Ability to learn a broad range of product knowledge
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- 3 years of service technician experience
- RVIA certification preferred
- Certification from college or technical school in trade field (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Maintenance)
- Must know tow hitch install, AC/Heater, generator maintenance, generator and refrigerator.
Service Advisor-Bay Area RV is looking for a highly-qualified & experienced applicant to fill a Service Advisor position.
Responsibilities
- Team leader and must be a self starter
- Previous Sales RV Service experience a must
- Ability to learn a broad range of product knowledge
- Proficient computer skills in MS Outlook, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and online manufacturer websites preferred, Auto Repair Billing System.
- Embrace the RV “lingo”
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Process service warranty approval
- Load balance task to Service Techs
- Highly organized and able to multi-task

RV Parts Clerk-Bay Area RV is looking for a highly-qualified & experienced applicant to fill a Part Parts Clerk position.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school education, GED or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience as a receptionist in a dealership preferred. Experience in the RV industry is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge on operating a fax and copy machine
- Strong command of the English language both oral and written.
- Able to type at a decent speed.
- Strong basic math skills and able to use the calculator to perform addition, subtraction, calculating percentages and multiplication.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills.
- Superior customer service skills
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic. Must work as a team.
